Garrett joined LOM in 1990, following an extensive career with Merrill Lynch Canada. While at Merrill, he held a number of progressive positions including Manager of Institutional Equity and Research, Executive Vice President, and Chief Administrative Officer, as well as Member of the Board of Directors. He served as a Senior Vice President and Director for the Equity Division at Merrill. responsible for all Institutional Sales and Trading, Research, Syndication and Capital Commitment. Garrett was a member of the Consular Corps of Ontario. He is also a past President of the Canadian Sri Lanka Business Council and is the immediate past Honorary Consul for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Together with Jacques Lamarre of SNC Lavalin, Garrett co-chaired the ad-hoc committee on Private Public Partnership in Infrastructure, sponsored by Industry Canada. He also co-chaired the PPI conference entitled "Winning in Global Infrastructure Markets", sponsored by Industry Canada. He is a Corporate Director of Gedex Inc. Garrett was Chairman of the Annual LOM Gala and Auction to benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, an event started in 1994 (15 years). He is a Director-at-Large of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada and a Director of the MS Scientific Research Foundation. Garrett also holds positions as Chairman of the Charles Darwin Foundation of Canada and a Director of Grapes for Humanity.

Paul has been active in the Canadian investment industry since 1962 in research, institutional coverage, and corporate finance in Toronto and Montreal. He is also a founding partner of LOM Limited which was formed in 1970. In 1984 he was a founder and initial funder of the CMP Group. In 1986 he was a founder and personal funder of the Lakewood Capital Group. In addition, he is a past Director and Officer of the Montreal Society of Financial Analysts as well as a past Chairman of the Canadian Securities Institute. Paul has also served as Vice Chairman and Governor of the Montreal Exchange

Patrick joined LOM in 1974 and over the past three and a half decades has developed a close working relationship with many leading European institutions, enabling LOM to achieve one of the largest market shares among investment firms trading Canadian equities. Patrick became Senior Vice-President and Director in charge of LOM’s European operations in 1986 and Vice-Chairman of LOM Inc. in May, 1990. Before joining LOM, Patrick worked with two major industrial companies over a six-year period and spent two years as Assistant Manager in the Paris office of a Canadian investment dealer.
He graduated from business school in Paris in 1967 with a special degree in international trade and economic affairs.
Although LOM closed its Paris office in 2002, Patrick remains Vice Chairman and Director of LOM Bancorp Limited and a Director of LOM Limited.

Botho is one of nine professionals in the sales and trading team at Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited. Botho joined LOM in early 1973 in Montreal where he had been a partner with an old Montreal firm in charge of institutional sales. From 1975 -1983 he worked out of the company's Geneva office, building the European business in the UK, Switzerland, Germany and Holland. He became president of LOM SA in 1977. After his return to Canada he settled in Toronto and continued his European coverage as well as taking on domestic and US responsibilities. In recent years he specialized in the mining sector. Botho now leads the institutional sales mining team.
